Daniel Gray

It is with great excitement that I introduce myself as the next Principal of Harper Middle College High School. My name is Daniel Gray, and I am honored to have the opportunity to join this outstanding school community.

Education has been my life's work for the past 27 years, and I have had the privilege of serving students, families, and educators in a variety of roles throughout my career. For the past 14 years, I have served as a school administrator, including the last 7 years as a principal at multiple school levels. These experiences have strengthened my belief that strong relationships, high expectations, and a commitment to continuous growth are essential to student success.

My goal as principal is to be a value-add to the great work already taking place at Harper. I look forward to getting to know each student, learning about your aspirations, understanding the goals you have set for yourselves, and working alongside our staff and families to ensure that every student has the support and opportunities needed to be successful. Building relationships with students will be one of my top priorities because I believe that understanding who our students are and what they hope to achieve allows us to better serve them.

I am grateful for the opportunity to serve as your principal and look forward to meeting each of you in the weeks and months ahead. Together, I am confident that we will continue to create an environment where students are challenged, supported, and empowered to achieve their goals.
